Bittersweet Ending

Well this weekend was a bit bittersweet.

The cafe is basically no more. During the week we took Will down for his final chance to hang out, run around and be king of the cereal bowl before everything came out. I wonder if he'll ever remember racing around with a fist full of keys from the register, or standing on the couch waving at people going by. Its an emotional time full of mixed feelings. A big thanks to everyone who supported us, and made a special trip to the cafe over the last year to be our biggest cheerleaders. A sad end, but at the same time a new beginning.

In happier news Will was delighted Grandpa was here for a visit. He was even more excited we got the chance to bust out a cake and blow out some "hot fire"!


And its official. Starting tomorrow I am an official stay at home mom.
