I've been eyeballing this for Will for months. In my latest Target Visit I wandered the new summer aisle of toys and sidewalk chalk. There it was. Whispering to me "take me home Will will absolutely SCREAM with delight!!" I knew it was to be when I looked at the price $29.99 and saw it was the last one. He had beyond a blast - as you can see from the soaked shirt and "drinking" that took place. Hence why it only lasted 4.39 minutes. The small tsunami blew water everywhere. And I mean everywhere!! I think Bella is even wet.
